Shipping & Delivery
Processing and shipment
Ready-to-ship items are normally prepared for shipment within 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom portraits are handmade to order and have their own creation timeline. Once custom artwork is complete and any required customer approval has been received, the finished order is normally prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Transit time begins after the package is accepted by the carrier. Weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, incorrect addresses, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can delay delivery.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout before the order is placed. Any free-shipping threshold or flat-rate shipping option shown at checkout is based on the current store settings.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number or tracking link will be added to your order and may be sent by email. Customers can also use the private order portal when available to review order and tracking information.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at orders@adornedbliss.com as soon as possible and keep the packaging and item until the issue is resolved. We may ask for photographs of the package, label, and damage so we can work with the carrier and determine the appropriate next step.
International orders
If international shipping is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees unless the checkout page specifically states otherwise. Customs processing can add delivery time.
Custom artwork
Because custom portraits are created specifically for the customer, creation time is separate from shipping time. The estimated creation/lead time shown on the product or custom-portrait page applies before the shipment-preparation period described above.
